Outstanding Woman in Energy

Celebrating exceptional early-career women shaping the future of maritime and energy. Recognizing emerging female professionals with remarkable promise and achievement. The Rising Woman Award celebrates those who bring fresh ideas, innovation, leadership potential, and a strong commitment to shaping the future of the industry.

Nominees should demonstrate:

  • Early Career Excellence: 1–7 years of impactful professional experience.
  • Innovation: Creative problem-solving and contribution to new ideas or technology.
  • Leadership Potential: Initiative, reliability, and emerging influence.

Trailblazer in Excellence

Honouring women who challenge norms, break barriers, and initiate transformational progress. The Trailblazer Award is presented to women whose courage, innovation, and barrier-breaking leadership redefine what is possible. These visionaries lead transformative initiatives, elevate global standards, and inspire the next generation of maritime and energy leaders.

  • Transformational Impact: Reforms, innovations, or programs with permanent effects.

Outstanding Woman Award
