| Organisational DEI Award | An organisation with excellent DEI policies and maintain above average representation of women on their board and management team. |
WIME Energy Awards
| Trailblazer in Energy Excellence Award | Trailblazer in Energy Excellence Award: The recipient of this award is a woman in Energy who is a Chief Executive or in senior management level position who have displayed, industry expertise and is also a voice in the industry actively working to shape policies as well as serve as a role model for other women in the industry. |
| Outstanding Woman in Energy (Upstream) Award | A woman who works in an IOC and her leadership, innovation, impact and notable achievements is felt across the Upstream (Exploration and production) business whilst championing gender mainstreaming in the industry. |
| Outstanding Woman in Energy (Midstream) Award | A woman whose leadership, innovation, impact and notable achievements is felt across the Midstream business in the Petroleum industry and is a strong voice for gender matters in the industry. |
| Outstanding Woman in Energy (Downstream) Award | A woman whose leadership, innovation, impact and notable achievements is felt across the Downstream business in the Petroleum industry and is a strong voice for gender matters in the industry. |

| Outstanding Woman in Energy (Renewable Energy) Award | A woman in Renewable Energy who has displayed leadership, impact and notable achievements across Solar, Geothermal, Wind, Biomass and Hydropower driving innovation, showing industry relevance and/or running a successful renewable energy enterprise. |
| Outstanding Woman in Energy (Power Generation / Distribution / Electrification) Award | A woman who has displayed leadership, innovation, impact and notable achievements in the entire Power value chain whether in generation, distribution or electrification interventions, and is a force to be reckoned with. |
| Outstanding Woman in Energy (Open Category) | A woman who has displayed leadership, innovation, impact and notable achievements in related services that fosters energy development, not limited to local content, legal, contracts, communication, supply chain etc and is a strong voice for advocacy or policies or DEI. |
| Rising Woman in Energy | This is a Young Professional Award (5 to 10years Experience) given to a young woman in the Energy industry working hard and displaying industry relevance through her work and achievements in the industry. |
| Lifetime Achievement Award in Energy | A woman who has dedicated her entire life career paving way for other women in the energy/oil & gas industry. |
| HeForShe Ambassador Excellence Award in Energy | A Chief Executive or a professional in the Energy industry that has created a platform for women and has shown support and encouragement for women to excel in the Energy industry. |
